QA/QC Introduction

The entire production process from material-purchase, production and delivery of finished products is subjected to strict control. For reaching the specified quality, it imported the latest analysis and inspection apparatus, such as electronic tension tester, wear-resistance tester, rupture tester, bending and folding-resistance tester, low temperature resistance tester and high-temperature aging tester.

The arrival raw materials shall be qualified in inspection before being warehoused. Each production link shall be subjected to 100% inspection in form of monitoring, random inspection and final inspection.
